We offer a 7-Day Free Replacement on eligible items if:

A clear unboxing video is required for faster processing in case of damage or wrong item claims.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank/UPI details to initiate the refund.
✅ You’ll receive confirmation once the refund is processed.

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed—but you may still request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
