  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, etc.).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available free of charge on all orders.

  • In case of payment failure or fraud detection, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

 

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.

  • We ship all verified orders within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and shipping partner. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

 

5. Returns & Replacements

  • We offer a 7-Day Free Replacement policy in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong item received

    • Manufacturing defect

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

 

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can still request a return/replacement as per our policy.
